Cassidie Christopher is a licensed massage therapist who began her journey into bodywork and holistic wellness at the Utah College of Massage Therapy (UCMT), graduating in 2019. With a strong foundation in anatomy, therapeutic techniques, and client-centered care, Cassidie has continued to expand her practice through advanced certifications, including IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization) with specialized training in cupping and scraping.

Cassidie spent two transformative years living in New Zealand, where she deepened her personal and professional understanding of healing, balance, and the body’s innate wisdom. Now back in the United States, she is excited to reopen her private practice, Alterity Bodywork, bringing with her a global perspective and a renewed dedication to helping others feel at home in their bodies.

Cassidie’s sessions are focused on targeting pain and tension patterns, opening stuck fascia, and regulating the nervous system.
